College Stress/ Positive: Review
Stress is
a common thing affecting college students throughout the world, and it was
discussed with the students currently attending Michigan State University.
While
both interview subjects admitted that they do often experience stress in their day
to day lives, they said that it was for the most part a manageable thing. They
even continued, when asked, that stress has some real positive effects to their
lives.
“A little
bit of stress is definitely a good thing, without it I think that students tend
to get lazy and their grades would probably suffer more,” said Carly Seeterlin,
a junior at MSU.
Both
interviewees said that things such as part-time jobs and exam week can make
things more difficult to deal with, however it is do-able.
All and
all while everyone’s stress is different depending on each individual, these
students at MSU agreed that it’s what you need to deal with in order to work efficiently
and to reach your overall end goal.
